NOVA ViA needed a site that could carry a healthcare brand's credibility while staying easy for a non-technical team to update.

1. 01Structured the information architecture around how patients and partners actually search for the service, not how the org chart is organized internally.
2. 02Built bespoke page templates instead of a generic page builder, so content stays consistent without constant design intervention.
3. 03Treated on-page SEO as a design constraint from the start, so heading structure, internal linking, and page speed were part of the layout decisions, not an afterthought.

• Custom WordPress theme built from a blank starting point, no page-builder plugin dependency.
• Hand-coded page templates for each content type (service pages, team, resources) so editors work inside guardrails instead of a blank canvas.
• Structured data (schema.org markup) added for services and organization info to support search visibility.
• Image compression and lazy-loading pass to keep Core Web Vitals in range on a content-heavy site.
