The Brief

An academic accreditation centre needed a site that could serve a wide, non-technical audience without sacrificing institutional credibility.

The Approach

01Built the information architecture around what an outside visitor is actually looking for (accreditation status, programs, contact) rather than internal department structure.
02Treated accessibility as a first-class requirement given the institutional, public-facing audience.

The Build

Custom WordPress theme with semantic HTML markup for screen-reader and keyboard navigation support.
Navigation and page hierarchy rebuilt around visitor intent rather than the institution's internal department structure.
Color contrast and font sizing audited against WCAG guidelines across every template.

The Result

A maintainable institutional site that a non-technical staff can keep current.
