1. 01Built 9 separate multi-step form wizards inside the Shopify ecosystem (The Piece, Details, Budget, Contact, and equivalents for repair and estate intake), each branching based on what the customer is actually asking for.
2. 02Designed a custom appointment system with a smart funnel that routes each request by need, so a repair inquiry and a custom design inquiry land in different queues automatically.
3. 03Kept every wizard visually consistent with the storefront so the intake process never feels like a bolted-on third-party tool.
